Class T Fuses and Holders

Class T fuses provide circuit protection between the battery bank and the inverter. They are also sometimes used between an alternator and a battery bank.
Inverter Rating / Fuse
>1500W - 110A
1500W - 200A
2000W - 300A
3000W - 400A
A spare fuse is recommended with with the purchase of a fuse & holder.

Standard Fuse Holders

Fuse holders house the fuses between the battery bank and DC loads or charging sources.
Maxi Fuses provide circuit protection typically between a charge controller or small inverter and a battery bank
ATC Fuses are commonly used in automotive applications between the battery bank and DC loads like lights and fans.
Mini fuses are used for circuit protection between battery banks and some system control or monitoring components.
Standard Fuses

Fuses provide circuit protection between the battery bank and a load or charging source. Maxi fuses are typically used for charge controllers or smaller inverters. ATC fuses are used for DC loads. Mini fuses are typically used for small system components like Battery Management Systems or monitors.

Fuse Blocks

Fuse Blocks house the DC fuses between DC loads and the battery bank.
Compact ATO/ATC fuse block consolidates branch circuits and eliminates the tangle of in-line fuses for electronics and other appliances.

Sub Panels (Breaker Boxes)

The breaker boxes house the breakers in the Main and Sub panels of an inverter/charger system. The 50A sub panel is recommended for 3000W or larger inverters.
AC Breakers

AC Breakers are located in the Main panel and Sub panel of an inverter/charger system
DC Breakers

DC Breakers are typically used between a charge controller and a battery bank, but can also be used between a battery bank and an inverter or alternator. When designing a solar charging system, select a breaker rated just above the current rating of the charge controller.
Because of Direct Current's tendency to arc when disconnected, special breakers are needed. These DC breakers are ideally used between charge controllers and battery banks and on alternator or small inverter lines.
