Zamp 190W Solar Panel

These panels use cut 6″ monocrystalline cells. Made in Bend, Oregon, United States.

Dual Mode solar panels kits can be purchased in two different configurations.
Parallel: Two separate, shade resilient, parallel-connected panels (ideal for installations next to air conditioners)
Series: A single high-voltage panel (ideal for 24V systems or undersized pre-wires).

Zamp uses tempered, low iron, 3.2 mm, AR coated (which stands for anti-reflective) solar glass.

The benefits include:
1. Increased efficiency of the solar panel by 3-5% compared to non-AR coated glass
2. Converts more light into energy at steeper sun angles producing more power in mornings and evenings
3. Easier cleaning as dust and dirt are repelled by this coating rather than trapped with traditional solar glass

The 3.2mm AR coated solar glass is specially designed for the encapsulation material of photovoltaic modules. The coating reduces the directional reflectance and increases the internal reflection so that the solar energy can be absorbed more effectively. It ensures the maximum transmittance of photons to the solar cells, thus increasing the electrical generation capabilities of the module. The glass offers high solar transmittance, low absorbance, low reflectance, superior physical strength, and superior flatness.

The Zamp Solar 190W panel comes in several kit variants. Select the correct kit to interface with your combiner box.
190W Raw Dual ATP – This is a solar panel with two factory-installed ATP cables and no mounts. It is essentially two 95W panels, each with their own junction box, in the same frame.

190W Mounts 10/2 – (Parallel Add-on)- This is a solar panel with AM Solar 35mm Rocker Mounts, an ATP parallel combiner that puts the two 95W halves in parallel, and a 15’ 10ga duplex wire harness with an ATP socket on one end and a strain relief on the other, along with roof attachment points. This kit is designed to interface with an AM Solar combiner box and is ideal for installation next to air conditioners that may cast shadows on panels.

190W Mounts 10/2 Cable – (Series Add-on) – This is a solar panel with AM Solar 35mm Rocker Mounts, an ATP parallel combiner that puts the two 95W halves in series, and a 15’ 10ga duplex wire harness with an ATP socket on one end and a strain relief on the other, along with roof attachment points. This kit is designed to interface with an AM Solar combiner box and is ideal for 24V battery banks or scenarios when the Isc needs to be limited.
