Product Description
This battery monitoring kit communicates with the Victron Color Control GX Monitor over the VE.CAN BUS system. The system measures voltage, current, capacity, and temperature. It attaches to the Lynx Distributor in the V4 Lithium system.
The Lynx Shunt system is similar to the BMV-700 series battery monitor, but with the following exceptions:
- Installs directly onto the Lynx Distributor rather than the most negative battery lead
- Communicates with the Color Control GX Monitor through an RJ45 cable
- Does not include a monitor, which takes at least an hour off of the installation time
- Capable of very high current for use in Quattro inverter systems
- No programmable relay
